Mayfair Park

The master plan for Mayfair Park revitalized the Lakewood 18.5 acre flagship facility. Circulation to ballfields, picnic areas and parking were re-ordered by covering an 1800 foot storm drain channel.

The bath house was developed to embrace the pool and provide year round meeting, terrace, and food court areas.
