City of Industry Civic Center

A Space Needs Assessment was conducted prior to master plan studies for a new Civic Center that would consolidate City and County services in a central area. Cultural, business, and industry interests were also brought into the site. The location presented an invitation to enrich the City image by building upon the historic fabric of the Homestead Museum bordering the site and integrating historical resources into the Civic Center.
