The master plan envisioned renovation and expansion of some 30,000 s.f. to over 62,000 s.f. on an extremely tight 5.75 acre site.
Deficiencies in parking were met by developing a semi-subterranean garage and reconfiguring existing parking lots.
Additional office space was created by adding a second story at City Hall and police facilities and recapturing space in areas previously used as courtyards for light and ventilation.
